Modern Facilities
Our school is equipped with modern facilities, including forty special classrooms designed for a variety of educational purposes, such as scientific research and language study. Students’ theater, built in 1998, is the first public place designed for art performance among municipal senior high schools in Taipei. All of the classrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Besides, documents in the administration offices are digitalized and students can check their grades and the latest events on the Web site.
Students Shuttle Buses
It’s provided since 1996. Up to twenty-five routes make it easier for students to commute from various districts of Taipei city and New Taipei City.
A School of Diversity
Fu-Hsing Senior High School aims at being a school of diversity. Located in the Peitou district of Taipei city, it is natural for Fu-Hsing to become a community school which recruits excellent students in the neighborhood. Besides, the artistic program, which includes art, drama, dance, and music, has been set up since 1997 and it receives whole-hearted support from students and the public.
An International Vision
In order to make students fully-prepared for the need to speak a language other than their mother tongue, our school provides students with a set of foreign language courses, including English, Japanese, French, and German. Moreover, in 1999 Fu-Hsing Senior High School made ties as a sister school with Miyako Senior High School in Okinawa, Japan. Home-stay in Japanese family twice a year (in winter and summer vacation) offers students opportunities to interact with native speakers in an authentic context.
